Watching the snow out the window today reminds me of my childhood. When the snow was falling steadily like it was today, and I would be at my grandmother’s home she would often get into the baking mood. Well, the truth is that she would cook anytime anyone stopped or visited with her.
Sometimes, especially on these cold winter days, she would make some of her sweet peanut butter fudge. I’d have to say that is one of my favorite candies. I still have a sweet tooth, but I haven’t had some good peanut butter fudge in a long time, I can still taste those sweet treats in my heart and mind.
